Data Protection Declaration

We use your information data only to handle your order. All customer data is saved under the prescripitons of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the teleservice data protection law (TDDSG). You always have the right on free information, correction, barring and deletion of your saved data. Please contact us by dialog@3d-mm.com or send us your request by snail-mail or fax. 

We do not pass on your personal data, including your postal adress and e-mail adress, to third partied without your explicit and always revocable agreement. Excepted form this are service partners, who need your data for the order handling (e.g.: the mail-order firm, or the credit institute instructed with the payment). In these cases the transferred data is restricted to the minimum. We use technical and organisatory security actions in order to protect your data against accidental or intended manipulations, loss, destruction or against the access of third parties. Payment data is transferred in an encrypted way (SSL 128 Bit).

Use of cookies

In this shop cookie information about the content of your shopping cart is saved in order to access it on your next visits. By logging on or if you want to order products, we need your customer information. If you are already a customer in our shop, you simply can log in with your email adress and password. The information saved in a cookie makes the completion of a the forms useless. You can manage the acceptance of the cookies of this site in your browser and can decline them if wanted.

Disclaimer Instruction

We advise you that following §312 d Absatz 4 BGB electronically delivered products are excluded from the withdrawal right. A return of the products - excepting if clearly prescribed by law - is not possible.

If the delivered products do not fit into that exception rule, not commercial customers can withdraw their online sale 14 days after receipt of the products. It is sufficient to send the written withdrawel and a written declaration that the installed software was deinstalled and is not used, and that all safe copies have been made unusable, in time. Until a volume of 40 Euro, the customer has to pay the costs for the return..
